Limited edition half-ounce silver medallions
In honor of the 150th anniversary of the dedication of the Belmont Courthouse, Friends of the Belmont Courthouse, in partnership with the Carson City Mint, have produced a limited edition of 400 half-ounce silver medallions.
The medallions were produced on Coin Press 1, which was used in the Carson City Mint from 1870 to 1893. Each medallion is housed in an air-tite capsule and is mounted on a rigid card which also features the 150th anniversary logo. Coin Press 1 is featured on the reverse of the medallion. Everything is held in a heavy envelope with the 150th anniversary logo on the front. Price is $125 per medallion.
Each medallion contains one-half ounce of silver and is available for $130.00 each, plus $10.00 flat-rate shipping for orders of one or two medallions.
